Job Description
Intragen is a leader in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with teams across five European countries. We are looking for an IAM Team Lead who will combine hands-on technical delivery with responsibility for leading and developing a team of consultants.
Requirements
- 5+ years working on complex IAM solutions, including deep expertise in One Identity Manager
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, RBAC, Federation
- Experience with SQL and OIM schema for troubleshooting and configuration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance leadership and billable work
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting consultants’ development (formal leadership a plus)
- Fluent German & English language skills
