Job Description
Introhive is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused FP&A Manager with proven SaaS experience to drive financial insights, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making across the company.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, and payback periods
- Deep analytical skills with commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making
- Proven experience building driver-based financial models and delivering actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of FinQore, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct is an asset
- Excellent data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex analyses into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior finance professionals
