We are looking for a Debt Collection Team Member to join our team in Budapest. As a remote worker, you will maintain contact with residential customers, help them find a mutually acceptable solution to settle their debts, and communicate with them in a friendly and respectful manner. In return, you will gain significant professional experience at Europe's largest and most well-known and respected debt collection company.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous customer contact experience
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to approach various communication situations creatively
• Financial services intermediary authority exam (advantageous)
