Administrative Assistant - Commercial Lending

At INTRUST Bank, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial Lending team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and clerical workflow, preparing loan documents, and serving as a liaison between departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with customers and prospects, and ensuring accurate and timely closings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative, commercial lending, real estate, or banking experience
• Personal computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Good understanding of banking fundamentals, commercial lending practices, and regulatory requirements
