We're seeking a Process Control Manager to lead inventory management, logistics operations, and materials forecasting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in managing inventory, logistics, and materials operations in manufacturing or aerospace industries.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, and materials operations in manufacturing or aerospace industries
• Strong hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and work order management
• Demonstrated success leading warehouse teams in manufacturing processes
• Experience working in aerospace or defense industries and familiarity with traceability requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Benefits
