Director, Investment Strategy (Real Estate)

Requirements

• Experience in a commercial real estate environment, ideally with a fund manager
• European market research experience is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Native-level German and high professional proficiency in English
• Ability to present technical analysis clearly and concisely
• Strong numeracy and computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Knowledge of applied statistics, econometric modelling, advanced analytics, or programming is advantageous
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly organised
• Detail-oriented, logical, and structured approach to tasks
• Confident, independent thinker who can challenge views constructively and proactively solve problems
