Senior Principal Architect – Technology Risk Assurance

Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Architect – Technology Risk Assurance to lead architecture based technical risk assessments across high-impact platforms and applications. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, or technology risk within a regulated, complex environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, or technology risk within a regulated, complex environment
• Deep expertise in application lifecycle management, legacy modernization, and architectural risk modeling
• Proven experience conducting EOL/EOS/EOES assessments and driving remediation across heterogeneous technology stacks
• Strong proficiency in architectural modeling (e.g., ArchiMate, UML), dependency mapping, and risk analytics
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure), hybrid environments, and vendor lifecycle governance
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Consulting mindset with a focus on sustainable remediation and long-term architectural integrity
