Job Description
The Associate Development & Investment role involves reviewing land offers, creating business plans, supporting purchase/sale processes, preparing management documents, and managing development processes from conception to sales. Responsibilities include coordinating project participants, selecting external partners, drafting contracts, and managing reporting. The role also supports rental strategies and acquisition channel development.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate project development or real estate investment
- Real estate economic know-how
- Good understanding of financial and real estate issues
- Very good analytical skills
- Precise working style
- Good coordination and assertiveness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in interface functions
