Job Description
We're looking for a Data Migration Specialist to help new customers get up and running on our platform by translating their historical investment data into the InvestNext data structure and ensuring it's accurate and reliable.
Requirements
- Incredibly strong Excel competency
- Experience in a professional or secondary education financial environment
- Experience with data migration, creating Macros and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A natural ability to teach folks, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and empathy
- Personal organization and project management skills
- Professional experience supporting a technical product, such as SaaS or other software in a data-related capacity
- Knowledge of CRM and project management software
