Job Description
Invicti is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage new customer relationships and expand business within their territory. This role requires a driven individual with a history of sales success, capable of uncovering customer pain points and articulating value to inbound and outbound prospects. The role involves working closely with a Solutions Engineer to manage complex sales opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of selling SaaS/software solutions in a B2B environment
- Prior cybersecurity sales a plus
- Experience selling innovative technologies to large organizations with more than 2,000 employees
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
