We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging brand experiences that increase visibility, drive customer engagement, and support community-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing product and brand training
• Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples, and share promotional materials
• Assist customers with sign-ups, registrations, purchases, and event participation
• Monitor event traffic, collect customer feedback, and report trends or frequently asked questions
• Support the event team to ensure efficient execution and a positive guest experience
