Job Description
Invivyd is seeking a Director, Corporate Counsel to serve as a legal advisor on securities law and corporate governance matters. This role will focus on compliance, risk management, and providing legal support to the company's Board and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and collaborate effectively with various departments.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Attorney license in the state of residence
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm
- Experience at biotech or pharmaceutical company(ies) a plus
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Securities Act of 1933, SEC rules, Nasdaq, and Sarbanes-Oxley
- Understanding of Delaware General Corporation Law
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development regulations (a plus)
