Job Description
InvoiceCloud is a fast-growing fintech company with an award-winning culture and a leading disruptor in the electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) space. The HR Business Partner will support InvoiceCloud’s India business by providing strategic advice to local leaders and employees, including leadership coaching, employee development, recruitment, and handling employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 10-15 years experience working within HR
- Experience working for a global organization – preferably a GCC or a startup
- Experience with employee relations & performance management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Greenhouse and other HR specific systems
