Job Description
Lead projects and product design teams, own large ambiguous projects, and mentor other designers. Assist in leading a team of designers to carry out end-to-end design process and experience management.

- Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a product team
- Maximise the potential of team members by coaching and mentoring the product design team
