Job Description
InVue is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer experiences by managing orders, supporting logistics, and offering technical support. This is a full-time position or part-time. The company emphasizes a focus on the DACH region.
Requirements
- German speaking
- Italian, Polish, or French speaking is a plus
- 3+ years of customer service, order management, and/or account management experience
- Experience with proactive order management
- Exposure to B2B or enterprise customers
- Exposure to fast-paced, international business
- Fluent business English
- Strong analytical skills
- MBO, Bachelor education level
