Job Description
The Production Lead is responsible for monitoring production workflows, ensuring quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years' related experience and/or training
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to work with others collaboratively
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired
- Food and Drug manufacturing experience
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish language skills preferred
