Job Description
The IT Procurement Manager will lead IT sourcing projects, perform contract negotiations, and manage vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include RFx process management, financial analysis, and regular reporting of procurement analytics.
Requirements
- University degree in Procurement or IT or Computer Science, preferably qualifier in CIPS
- 5-8 years of working experience in technology procurement and vendor management in FSI, insurance or related sectors
- Proven hands on experience in running RFx projects and associated stakeholder management
- Working knowledge in various IT category management skills (hardware, software, telecom, professional services), contract negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement policy & best practices, and procurement software tool
- Ability to identify user requirements and speak stakeholder languages
- Good understanding of financial regulatory requirements, basic contract law, and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
