Job Description
Linux Engineer with DevOps expertise to maintain and develop Linux infrastructure technology, manage server support, and implement software upgrades. Must have 8+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator and in-depth knowledge of Linux, including RedHat. Expertise in automation using Ansible or other tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, including RedHat
- Expertise in automation using Ansible or other tools
- Previous working experience with external cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)
- Previous working experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes etc. deployed in internal infra.
- Hands on experience with physical/VM server deployments and commissioning
- Experience / knowledge on various HPE or other server hardware and architecture
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- MS Windows OS knowledge (added advantage)
- Knowledge of Veritas cluster and Veritas Storage Foundation (added advantage)
- Knowledge of tools such as BigFix, OneView, ITRS, Service Now, SCOM, CyberArk (added advantage)
