Product Owner & AI Development - Leading HK Government Body

Our client, a leading HK government body, is seeking experienced Product Owners to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading digital products and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-departmental projects in an enterprise setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven, innovative environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute products from POC to implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in driving innovative technology solutions, preferably including AI/ML technologies, blockchain, etc.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technology concepts into business value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with a focus on achieving results under tight deadlines.
• Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative, and with a proven history of developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives.
• Ability to conduct thorough and resourceful research and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Client-facing and management consulting experience is a significant advantage.
