Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help deepen UX coverage across the Institutional Securities Group. You will lead efforts related to enhancing digital experience for core business areas in partnership with multidisciplinary teams from the firms technology and business divisions.
Requirements
- An outstanding digital product portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and end user needs
- 5 years of UX Design experience as a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Mastery of strategic, hard, and soft UX skills
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field; masters degree is a plus
- Fluency in Figma or equivalent
- Active listening and contributing to group situations
- High tolerance for projects with ambiguity
- Resilience in the face of obstacles
- Relentless desire to validate assumptions and uncover problems root cause
- Opportunities to evangelize and promote design thinking in a large organization
