Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you'll play a key role in architecting, developing, and scaling our core banking infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our banking systems meet security and compliance standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong expertise in Golang or Ruby on Rails
- Deep knowledge of banking operations, payments, and financial systems
- Experience implementing KYC/AML and compliance frameworks
- Background in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and security best practices
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
