Job Description
The Finance Assistant will perform various duties including data extraction, query response, payroll preparation, payment verification, and report preparation under the supervision of the Head of Office in Comoros.
Requirements
- Extract and input data from various sources
- Respond to accounting, budget or financial queries
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Verify payments and supporting documents
- Create new Vendor Accounts
- Perform claim verifications
- Prepare receipt and journal vouchers
- Assist in budget and financial report preparation
- Provide assistance to staff services
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Manage Petty Cash
