Assist in coordination of recruitment processes, carry-out and coordinate pre-employment activities, perform assigned role(s) in the organizational HR system, provide support on timekeeping matters, assist in administering all aspects of non-staff categories, carry-out a wide range of Human Resources actions, maintain and update existing tracking tools, update and maintain electronic and physical archiving systems, provide information to staff, identify areas for improvement, provide guidance and training to new/junior staff.
