Job Description
We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead development teams and contribute to the evolution of our solutions and services. As a technical lead, you will design, develop, and implement software components, determine root cause for complex software issues, and mentor Software Engineers. You will work closely with Product and Project Managers, SMEs, DevOps engineers, and Architects. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and related ecosystems (Java, C++,.NET, JavaScript, Typescript)
- Experience in dealing with complexity of large distributed systems
- Experience in Agile, globally distributed development organizations
- Proven experience in influencing / driving and coaching teammates on methodologies, practices, and technologies
