Maintenance Technician-B

Harco Fittings LLC is a member of the IPEX, a producer of gasketed joint injection-molded PVC and push-on gasketed joint ductile fittings. The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in their Lynchburg, Virginia location. The role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in an injection molding environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, industrial automation, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and schematics
• Familiarity with robotics, 3phase motor controls and industrial networking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
