Requirements

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounts payable escalations
• Supervise the Accounts Payable Team's staff
• Monitor performance and determine improvement areas using key performance indicators
• Train, coach, and support the team responsible for processing invoices
• Coordinate daily activities and provide guidance and leadership to the team
• Manage priorities in a structured and effective manner
• Investigate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain internal control processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Respond to various requests from internal associates and suppliers
• Recommend corrective actions to resolve accounts payable issues
• Guide and supervise team members
