Associate Experiential Producer

Momentum Worldwide is seeking an Associate Experiential Producer to join their Experiential Production (XP) Team. As an Associate Experiential Producer, you will be responsible for project execution, client contact, and management of event components. You will work on a broad range of activations, including mobile tours, major sponsorship activations, and virtual experiences. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to travel at a moment's notice.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience as a production assistant or equivalent preferred
• Basic technical production skills desirable
• Solid communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
• Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities
• Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
