Job Description
Weber Shandwick is seeking a Manager of Client Experience to serve as a counselor to a large and growing healthcare account. The role involves developing and executing integrated communication programs, advising healthcare clients, and managing the agency experience, including project management, media oversight, and social/digital activities. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the healthcare communications field and patient engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in public relations at an agency or corporate in-house (healthcare experience required)
- Fluency in data and regulatory milestone communications
- Strong understanding of public relations & online technology
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
