Vice President, Client Experience - Healthcare

Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President, Client Experience to lead the West Coast Healthcare Practice. This role involves managing integrated communications programs, client data, and regulatory milestones, as well as ensuring flawless client execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, client service, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Manage programs involving integrated media strategies, reputation management, executive thought leadership, internal communications and crisis communications.
• Oversee communications programs in support of regulated products including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Develop strategic plans and recommendations tailored to clients’ business objectives.
• Maintain daily client contact, serving as a trusted resource and advisor.
• Coordinate integration with other agency partners and navigate relationships.
• Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing.
