We're a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide. Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law
- Served as a Corporate Officer with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software such as SAP
- Advanced knowledge of annual reporting law and Luxembourg company law (including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset
