Job Description
The Senior IT Support Engineer is responsible for leading new client onboarding deployments, managing complex technology issues, and driving process documentation. The role requires strong networking and Microsoft 365 expertise, as well as excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 environment buildouts and migrations
- Intermediate-to-advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting skills
- Strong networking background: routers, DNS, VLANs, NAT, VPN, and Cisco Meraki platform experience
