Accounting Coord

Provide routine accounting services to business units, input data accurately, and assist team members. High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year finance experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and attention to detail needed.

Requirements

• Input data accurately and within deadlines
• Contact employees and other departments to request missing information
• File appropriate documents
• Identify, track and report accounting data accurately
• Provide assistance to other team members
• Participate in teams handling routine tasks
• Provide standard and ad hoc reports
• Check that appropriate approvals are obtained
• Flag problems with existing procedures and systems
