Requirements
- Lead and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job profiles
- Oversee relocation and visa processes for international hires
- Co-design and implement talent development initiatives
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with institutional policies and labour law
- Manage strategic HR projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff
