Job Description
Irca Group, a leading ingredients provider for the bakery, pastry, and ice cream markets, is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to enhance their safety culture and programs. This on-site role involves conducting risk assessments, audits, training, data analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The company emphasizes its people-first culture and strives for a 'Safety-First' mindset.
Requirements
- Experience in EHS management (3+ years)
- Understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other EHS Enterprise Solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
