Licensed Clinical Social Worker | LCSW | Iredell Psychiatry | Statesville | FT

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides direct or assisted counseling, referral, screening, assessment, and treatment planning for patients in outpatient settings. This role involves psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team. It also involves educating patients and staff on stress management.

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology or Behavioral Health from an accredited program
• LCSW and board certification required
• Broad knowledge of health and behavior therapy, crisis intervention, and psychosocial assessment
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Physical fitness to meet FIT test requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
