Job Description
Iridium is looking for a Systems Engineering Program Lead for a Space Development Agency (SDA) project. The role will involve working with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, implementing continuous improvements, and leading a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems engineering, strong knowledge of satellite command and control networks, and a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 12+ years related system engineering experience
- Extensive experience in satellite systems engineering, integration, and test
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge of satellite subsystems
- Experience with system engineering processes and tools
- Excellent communication skills
