We are seeking a Head of Product & Propositions for our Health & Protection portfolios. The role will involve developing propositions that solve real customer problems and drive meaningful differentiation in the market.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing, product, or proposition development roles
- Strong leadership capability
- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of new propositions
- An analytical mindset, with experience using data and insight to drive decision-making
- Strong experience in consumer research principles and in collating multiple sources of customer insight
- A third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
