Job Description
We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical support and guarantees. The role involves travel to various branches, equipment formatting, and maintenance of PCs, printers, and scanners.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of technical support and guarantees
- Availability to travel in the state of Cd. Obregón, Sonora
- To have a private car (mandatory)
- Knowledge of networks (structured cabling and IP telephone and external plant)
