Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting and project management
• At least 3 years in IT (information and communication technologies)
• At least 3 years in Information Security
• At least 3 years in GDPR
• At least 3 years in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• At least 3 years in ITSM ticket management tools (EasyVista, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Certificate based on the ISO 20.000 standard (APMG: ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or EXIN: IT Service Management Foundation based on ISO/IEC 20000, or equivalent)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
