Requirements
- Lead a full-stack development team (.NET and React)
- Define and enforce best practices in architecture and coding standards (Clean Architecture, Clean Code)
- Design and develop scalable microservices-based solutions
- Oversee integration between backend and frontend components
- Support testing strategy and continuous integration setup
- Mentor developers and foster technical growth within the team
