Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist North America to join our Human Resources (HR) team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR) with demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR) with demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations principles, labor laws, and case management best practices
• Proven ability in sound decision-making, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree and fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role
