Sales Enablement Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance by executing a holistic go-to-market enablement strategy, providing the training, content, processes, and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the entire buyer's journey.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience working in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success Enablement role.
• Strong knowledge of sales enablement needs within technology or professional services companies and a deep understanding of value-based selling.
• Proven ability to execute an enablement strategy for field-based teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize data insights to drive decision-making and demonstrate business impact.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
