Job Description
IronCircle is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, skilled at campaign planning, hands-on execution, and translating performance insights into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid search, social, and performance media
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major platforms
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, and attribution tools
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and driving measurable ROI
