Implementation Manager

Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful adoption of Ironclad's leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform by our largest and most strategic clients.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant role in the SaaS industry
• Experience running complex technical projects, specifically including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and software release processes
• Fluency in multiple languages and experience conducting business in those languages is preferred
