Job Description
IronMaxx is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring employee relations and seamless administrative processes. The role involves developing HR practices, automating tasks, and contributing to company events and projects. A dynamic and results-oriented HR professional is needed to drive efficiency and maintain a positive employee culture.
Requirements
- Completed course of commerce
- Additional qualification in the field of Human Resources (advantage)
- 3+ years of experience in 360° personal care
- Strong German and English skills
- Usability of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Personio (advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and structured work
- Flexibility, accuracy, and reliability
