We're looking for a Logistics Manager (m/w/d) - Outbound & Transportation who is passionate about logistics and is ready to take our IronMaxx-Crew to the next level!
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in international logistics management, preferably in the export business with B2B customers.
- Fundamental knowledge of transportation logistics (land, sea, air) and warehouse management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international customs and export law, in particular for the markets Southern Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
- Experience in dealing with customs systems (ATLAS) and export software.
- Fundamental knowledge of Incoterms, customs tariff numbers, and trade agreements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS Office (in particular Excel).
- Understanding of export, customs, and customs tariff regulations, in particular for the target markets Southern Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
- Analytical thinking, high problem-solving competence, and a structured way of working.
- Communication strength, assertiveness, and intercultural competence.
- Negotiation-safe German and English skills; further foreign languages are an advantage.
