Job Description
IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex aviation overhaul and production efforts in Huntsville, AL. This role involves coordinating across engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations, and delivering aircraft maintenance programs on time. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management expertise, with a focus on customer engagement and proactive risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, or related field
- Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with program or project management
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong working knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
