Construction Manager ($118,500.00 - $160,100.00)

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the daily management of projects from planning to closeout, including budgeting, estimating, bidding, and contractor coordination. This role supports the Senior Director of Construction and ensures compliance with Irvine Company standards. The role requires strong project management, budget management, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a construction-related or engineering curriculum
• Five years of multi-family experience as Project Manager or Director Construction
• Valid California driver’s license
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, and spreadsheet applications
• Experience with RFIs, submittals and certificate of occupancy
