Service Technician in Training ($29.99)

As a Service Technician in Training, you will be provided with a variety of tools and resources to become a Maintenance Technician. You will complete online learning, job shadow other maintenance professionals, and get side-by-side hands-on training. The role focuses on successful execution of routine maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and maintaining property aesthetics and preventative maintenance inspections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• 0+ years of maintenance experience required
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of at least one of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to move in and out of a variety of positions
• Ability to push and pull up to 118 pounds of force
• Ability to lift below waist up to 77 pounds and above waist 45 lbs
• Must complete and pass pulmonary exam and respirator fit test
• Ability to perform these functions at multiple sites
