Electrical Hardware Controls Engineer

Develop designs for control panels in the power industry using CAD, making recommendations for complex new designs, and performing complex design, development, testing, and modifications of solutions.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience with the design of control systems for new and retrofit installations
• I/O list evaluation
• I&C field equipment evaluation
• Cabinet and panel layout and design
• Parts specification and selection
• Low voltage power distribution
• Drawing/documentation preparation
• Interface with project management and manufacturing
• Strong analytic and decision-making skills
• Strong quality orientation and customer focus
• Knowledge of/Experience withAutoCAD (Electrical is preferred but not required)
